Triumph Engineering began in 1885 as a British motorcycle manufacturing company. The name and manufacturing rights were bought by John Bloor in 1983. He renamed the company Triumph Motorcycles and began building the brand we know today. Triumph Motorcycles eventually made their way to America in 1994.
In March of 2002, tragedy struck. The company’s main manufacturing plant went up in flames. Fire destroyed half the building, but through grit, hard work, and determination, the Triumph team rebuilt and returned to production by September of that same year.
