"I had my Daytona in for its first service. Vince got me scheduled and had everything that we discussed taken care of. Communication was excellent and the quote was accurate. I had the team install a bunch of accessories including Triumph Quick Shift which is my favorite upgrade. Turn around time was so fast, it was ready the next morning. They put so much care into the installation, everything looks factory. The bike was clean and runs perfectly. Triumph Quick Shift is out of this world. Went one day and Jake walked me around and talked to me and answered all my questions about the bike I was interested without pushing or pressuring me. Went home and later in the week contacted Vince who was awesome. I have never purchased a bike (or any vehicle) from a dealership so this was a big deal for me. And a big purchase.
