"The entire Team including Vince, John, and Pete were AWESOME and genuine. I am a first time bike owner (BMW G310R)and glad that I worked with Quaker City MS. They were patient and gave me the opportunity to make the right decision. The showroom is great and have a huge selection. I was able to receive my new bike later that evening via drop off ( on time!!). It is great to have an enthusiastic local dealerership to work with. Looking forward continuing relationship with them. (PS I only write reviews in extreme instances- this case very good) - KJ" Overall Rating: Anonymous - PA

"Just bought a Thunderbird LT from Vince and the guys. They made the whole buying experience easy and fun from the minute my wife and I stepped into the showroom. I test drove a couple of bikes and they talked me through all the details and options on the bikes without any sales pressure. Just got in from a nice 30 mile ride and I couldn't be happier with the decision to buy the bike. Definitely the place to go to buy a bike - lots of selection, great people and a very easy experience." Overall Rating: Kevin N.

"I had the best first experience buying a bike from this dealership. It started from when I called to inquire about a bike and continued throughout my purschase. I am a new rider and Howard took great time informing me about various models and what was right for me. I was initially intimidated because I know hardly anything about bikes, but he made me feel right at ease within minutes of walking in the door. I did not feel rushed or pressured to buy anything either. Additionally, I am coming from NJ and they even offered to transit the bike for me. Howard also helped me with gear and also talked about maintenance. Vince was also great in giving me recommendations! Thank you Triumph Philadelphia for making my first bike purchase stress-free and fun! I hope to be a repeat customer!" Overall Rating: Lindsay E.

"Unfortunately I've never stepped foot in the place but my experience over the phone was one of those "too good to be true" kinda things. Let me explain. I was looking for a chrome front fender for my 03 Bonneville T100, and because it's a discontinued part, eBay was my first choice. There were two fenders on there, one of which was being sold by a random individual, and the other by these fine people from Triumph Philadelphia. From the pictures it was clear to me who I wanted to purchase from. I would rather by from people that know what they're looking at other then Uncle Bobs Garage Sale. Not that I don't find cool stuff at Garage Sales but... Anyway, it was then that I discovered my Ebay account had been hacked. So, I told my wife, you work on that and I'm going to give these people a call and see if I could buy the fender over the phone. Needless to say, after talking with Dan, who I found out later his last name was Aykroyd, pretty cool... I had bought a discontinued chrome front fender. I was worried at first because sometimes people just want things gone and out of the way but I trusted what Dan told me as far as what kind of shape it was in, they even came down on the price and it was shipped out that day. Because of where I Live, it showed up a couple days later and man, it looked brand new. I couldn't wait to get it on there. Wish Dan would've told me I had to pull the front wheel, brakes, and speedo cable to get that thing on but hey, I didn't ask.lol. All in all, it was a GREAT experience, EVERYTHING went great, scary great. Thanks Dan for all you did, the fender set the bike off and gave it that nostalgic look I was looking for. One of these days I'm gonna come visit you guys and shake some hands, Thanks again !!" Overall Rating: William G.

"The folks at Triumph Philadelphia are a pleasure to work. The sales team is friendly and helpful, without being pushy. They respond to email in a timely fashion. The service guys know their way around motorcycles, and not just ones from Triumph. Parts pricing was competitive and labor costs were typical of dealership level service. I have yet to need any major service, but I've seen their workspace and if the cleanliness is any indication (and it almost certainly is) then I trust they do quality work." Overall Rating: Dave N.

"After a minor accident on my T100, the team at Triumph of Philadelphia had me back on the road quickly and the repairs were top notch. Chris, Vince and Tom handled all the paperwork and repairs, worked around my schedule, and kept me informed throughout the process. My bike now looks as good as new. I also had them upgrade the suspension while they were at it, and what a difference! Just a great shop and a great group of people. Thanks again." Overall Rating: Richard N.

"Spent about a year looking at all types of bikes on and off. Visited the shop, met with Vince, and purchased a Triumph Thunderbird Commander. Great buying experience and customer appreciation from Vince, John and the team. The atmosphere of the place combined with the passion these guys have is unique. Not like a big box store of cycles and salesman. Looking forward to a long journey with these guys and hopefully more bikes." Overall Rating: Ken B. - PA

"I don’t know what more to say other than this place is worth every 5 star! I have been riding for years and grown-up life obligations got me off the bike. And my inner road gypsy was burning inside to get back out. The Triumph in Philly had the perfect atmosphere of attentive professionalism, fun, biker family care! Regardless of whether you are an old school biker or speed demon, this is the place to go. Friendly, Fun, Knowledgeable! A true double thumbs up!" Overall Rating: Sara Jo . - Philadelphia, PA

"I purchased my new Speed Triple R (SPTR) from Manayunk Triumph about a month ago and I am very satisfied with the complete buying experience. I waited to write this review until after the first service was completed because I wanted to rate my entire experience from sales to service. I can not be happier with my purchase. Lets start with Vince who sold me the bike. Vince was able to answer every question I had about the SPTR and every other motorcycle in the shop. I had gone to several other dealerships looking at different motorcycles from Harley Davidsons and Indians to Japanese brand bikes, and not one of them compared to how easy it was for me to spend my money at the Manayunk Triumph. This buying experience was leaps and bounds above my last motorcycle purchase of a 2006 Hayabusa from a dealership that I won't even mention the name to anyone anymore because I don't even want people to know about that particular dealership. Not the case with Manayunk Triumph, I have already told several friends about the dealership and I know I will be walking them through the door of Manayunk Triumph within the next year, and to be clear I will be going so that I have an excuse to shake hands with everyone there again. On to the service and parts department. After two weeks of bad weather and sporadic riding days, I had put enough miles on the SPTR for its first service. This is the most important service any vehicle can have as most problems will occur in this time period. I brought my SPTR in on a rainy Saturday for the first service and they were able to service the bike in no time. I had some questions and concerns that I brought to the table and they were able to show me what was happening and why I was experiencing certain things. To be clear I have never owned a bike with abs and floating rotors before and the extra noises were all part of the mechanics of the new systems that I was not used to. While I was waiting, as it was raining and I didn't feel like taking in some of the local scenery and walking down main street, I decided to sit around and just relax in the dealership and in between customers the staff including Vince and Jake came over to sit and just shoot the breeze with me where most dealerships would have come over asked me "Can I help you find something?" and walked away if saying anything to me at all (That is actually what happened at another dealership). Overall I can't say enough good things about buying my bike from them, the best I can say is see for yourself. They are a great group of guys and I have never had a buying experience for a vehicle this smooth before and when I am ready for my next motorcycle I will be returning to them." "The service that I received at Manayunk Triumph was an impressive and pleasurable experience. Vince made the warranty issues on my new Thunderbird easy and completely satisfactory. Thanks You" Overall Rating: Walter . - Port Penn, DE

"I had my Daytona in for its first service. Vince got me scheduled and had everything that we discussed taken care of. Communication was excellent and the quote was accurate. I had the team install a bunch of accessories including Triumph Quick Shift which is my favorite upgrade. Turn around time was so fast, it was ready the next morning. They put so much care into the installation, everything looks factory. The bike was clean and runs perfectly. Triumph Quick Shift is out of this world. Once again very impressed" Overall Rating: Anonymous - West Chester, PA

"Bought my first NEW bike from these guys. Was a great, quick, painless experience. Went one day and Jake walked me around and talked to me and answered all my questions about the bike I was interested without pushing or pressuring me. Went home and later in the week contacted Vince who was awesome. I have never purchased a bike (or any vehicle) from a dealership so this was a big deal for me. And a big purchase. They were great, no pressure, and helped me get some deals and add ons. Was a great experience and I walked away with an awesome bike. This place is great and is full of great people. Cheers." "I purchased a used Daytona 675. I got my dream bike at an affordable cost. I experienced excellent service the entire time with Vince. They did not pressure me into any agreements or purchase. They gave me full disclosure about the motorcycle's history. I now own the best motorcycle I have ever ridden and would recommend this dealership to a friend." Overall Rating: Dom .
